User Agreement

This Agreement defines the terms of use of materials and services on the website https://www.fc-mriya.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) by Users.

1. General Terms

1.1. The use of the Website’s materials and services is governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.

1.2. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the materials on the Website, the User is considered to have accepted this Agreement.

1.3. The Website Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes take effect 3 (three) days after the updated Agreement is posted on the Website. If the User does not agree with the amendments, they must cease accessing the Website and stop using its materials and services.

2. User Obligations

2.1. The User agrees not to engage in actions that may be considered a violation of Ukrainian or international law, including intellectual property rights, copyright, and related rights. Additionally, the User shall not perform any actions that could disrupt the normal functioning of the Website and its services.

2.2. The use of Website materials without the copyright holders’ permission is not allowed. A licensing agreement must be obtained for the lawful use of the Website’s materials.

2.3. Quoting up to 30% of any individual material from the Website for commercial purposes, including copyrighted works, is allowed only with mandatory reference to the Website.

2.4. Any copying of content marked with the © sign, including direct hyperlinks to articles, without written (electronic) permission from the Website Administration is prohibited and will be prosecuted under Ukrainian law.

2.5. Comments and other User-generated content on the Website must comply with Ukrainian law and generally accepted moral and ethical standards.

2.6. The User acknowledges that the Website Administration is not responsible for visiting or using external resources linked on the Website.

2.7. The User agrees that the Website Administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages related to Website content, copyright registration, information about such registration, goods or services available on or obtained through external websites, or any interactions initiated by the User based on information or links provided on the Website.

2.8. The User accepts that all Website materials and services, or any part thereof, may include advertisements. The User agrees that the Website Administration bears no responsibility and has no obligations regarding such advertisements.

3. Other Terms

3.1. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with Ukrainian law.

3.2. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as establishing agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or any other relationships between the User and the Website Administration unless explicitly stated.

3.3. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

3.4. The Website Administration’s failure to act in response to a User’s violation of the Agreement does not waive its right to take appropriate actions later to protect its interests and enforce copyright protection in accordance with the law.

By using the Website, the User confirms that they have read and unconditionally accepted all the terms of this Agreement.
